Renting your wedding flowers:
How does it work?
It's so simple! Just choose your favorite collection, fill your shopping cart with every single item you need for your wedding day, and check out! Our products are based on availability, so be sure to claim your bouquet early so it can be all yours on your big day. Because our flowers have limited availability, all orders must be cancelled at least 60 days prior to event for a full refund.
You can pick up your flowers from our studio location for no additional fee, or you can choose delivery (within one hour driving distance from our Worcester studio) for a flat rate of $100 each way. Once your order is placed, we will make arrangements for deliveries/pickups/dropoffs. We know the week before your wedding is a busy time, we are very accomodating with days and times that work best for you!
What do I need to do with my flowers?
Caring for our flowers is the easiest part - you don't have to keep anything in water or worry about wilting. We do ask that you keep your flowers out of the rain and away from an open flame. We will give you more detailed care instructions when you receive your flowers.
How do I know if my flowers are available for my event date?
You can contact us at thesagebouquet@gmail.com to inquire. Or, after you place your order, you will receive an email from us and we will confirm availability.
I'm looking for more products to rent in one of your lines, can you create custom items?
Yes! From cake decor to dog collars, we can make just about anything. Please don't hesitate to ask us if you need something, we'd love to work with you!
What are the benefits of having silk flowers in my wedding?
We get this question all the time, and believe it or not, there are so many reasons why silk can be the best option for your wedding! Our flowers are always in season, which means you can have your favorite flowers in your bouquet and not have to worry about paying a market price or even worse, not being able to find them at all. Silks are perfect for anyone who has allergies or is sensitive to smells. With The Sage Bouquet, you know exactly what you're getting and you don't have to worry about keeping your flowers in water and in a cool place so they don't wilt. Our flowers are always ready for a photoshoot and easy to transport. The list goes on, but we think the number one reason to use our service is to save money for your married life and still have beautiful flowers in your photographs that will last a lifetime.
Can I keep my bouquet?
Unfortunately, our bouquets are not available to purchase. If you choose to have your bouquet tied with 2.5" double faced satin ribbon in the color of your choice (an additional $10 charge), that is yours to keep.
What if my flowers get damaged?
Once your flowers are returned, we will make sure they are ready for the next bride. If we find any major damage to the bouquets, a fee (never to exceed $50 per bouquet) will be charged. Don't worry - we expect normal wear and tear and don't want you to worry too much about this!
How do you create your bouquets?
We have personally sifted through thousands of silk stems to choose only the most realistic options we could find, you won't find our flowers at your local craft stores, trust us! We have visited every silk florist and distributor in the flower district of New York City, and have sorted through hundreds of stems from online distributors. Our main mission has been to find premium quality stems that will truly trick the eye.
Our bouquets are designed to be "one sided", so when you carry them, all of the best blooms are shown. We did this to keep our prices as low as possible while still keeping that garden style boho look we all love.
Do you offer a service member discount?
We do! All police, fire, and military members receive a 10% discount with a photo ID. Contact us for more information!
Birthday Parties:
How do I confirm a date?
Once you choose which birthday party you'd like to purchase, you can email us at sagestudiosfloral@gmail.com to get our availability. We usually host birthday parties on Saturday or Sunday at 10:30 am, but can alter times based on availability of studio.
Can I bring a cake and drinks?
Due to our smaller space and our flowers being on display, we do not cakes or cupcakes in our studio. We provide bottled water to all our of our guests, but they are also welcome to bring their own water bottles.
How long does a party last?
Our birthday parties are 90 minutes, and we have plenty of activities to keep everyone busy!
Do I have to be present the whole time?
No! We have a small studio space and we will have two instructors working with all the party guests. Parents are encouraged to drop off and enjoy a little relaxation time :)
